Returns & refunds

We want you to love your piece. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Under UK law you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by contacting us through our Contact page, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You pay for return postage, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Items made to your own personal design or with your own text cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Our standard designs, even though they are embroidered to order, can be returned as normal.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will refund, repair or replace it, including postage.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method, including the original standard delivery cost.

Please contact us before sending anything back and we will give you the return address.
